Following a preliminary consultation the client relaxes in the banana chair while the therapist gently massages the sole, upper surface and sides of one foot then the other. The process is gentle yet firm with no tendency to tickle! The therapeutic benefit is through the stimulation of the client’s own healing system. Conditions that are commonly targeted with Reflexology include, back acre, sinus, constipation and general digestive problems. Reflexology is an overall balancing holistic therapy which benefits the client mentally and emotionally as well as the physical as well as a wonderful chance to relax! |
