Silent Counselling Applications |

Silent Counselling is an effective treatment for the broad range of every day physical, mental and emotional problems that inevitably occur in a person’s life. During Silent Counselling training the student learns how to address the subconscious underlying issues which cause the client emotional pain, possibly leading to the self medication of drugs or alcohol, the manifestation of physical elements, panic attacks etc….. The client may then move from the victim state into one of choice with freedom to move on and make positive changes in their lives.
Silent Counselling may also be used as a self help tool to address the emotional burdens which are an inevitable part of our lives. Self development is an integral part of the two day training.
Silent Counselling has been developed with the practical application of the key worker, counsellor or therapist in mind. It utilises the special relationship of trust that has been established with the client and knowledge of the client’s personal situation. It reaches great depths, accuracy and effectiveness in defusing life’s emotional burdens and the client is free to speak as little or as much as they feel is necessary. Silent Counselling sits well alongside other procedures both conventional and complementary. This approach avoids event recall or the painful reliving of traumatic or embarrassing experiences of the past or anticipated fear of future events. Unless an underlying emotional issue is addressed any physical or mental condition tends to return. Using Silent Counselling interventional procedures the trainee can rapidly identify and defuse the root cause as triggering and secondary issues associated with the negative emotion and distress felt by the client
Another key aspect of the course is to address and reverse the state of self sabotage which affects the human mind from time to time and which blocks healing at all levels. An interesting aspect of self sabotage is the part toxins play in triggering this state. During the course we learn how to identify and manage these toxins which cause this negativity in our lives.
Once qualified the trainee can assist the client with past trauma and bereavement, help with relationship problems by eradicating negative emotions such as feelings of anger or guilt and also address the clients emotional burdens associated with self judgment, blame and low self esteem while maintaining client privacy and dignity. |
